General Provisions

Goawin provides online wagering and related services (the Platform). By creating an account, wagering, or using any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Goawin may modify, suspend or terminate any part of the Platform or these Terms in its sole discretion in accordance with applicable law and with any notice required by law or regulation.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Users accessing the Platform, whether or not a wager is placed. The English version governs in the event of any ambiguity with translations.

Eligibility and Account Opening

Access to or use of the Platform is restricted to adults and to players who are legally permitted to gamble in their place of residence. The minimum age is 18 unless a higher age is required by applicable law where the User resides. Goawin may request proof of age and place of residence and may suspend or terminate a Player’s account if verification cannot be completed.

Only one active personal account per natural person is permitted. Goawin may suspend or close duplicate or linked accounts and may forfeit or reclaim any winnings or bonuses derived from such accounts. The User must provide accurate, up-to-date information at registration and promptly update any details as they change.

Account Management and Security

The User must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and keep the registered contact details current. Bets placed using correctly entered login details are regarded as valid, and the User remains responsible for all activity conducted under their account. Goawin may require additional verification for security or regulatory purposes and may restrict access or suspend activity during such checks.

Goawin is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of a User’s account where the User has not complied with security obligations.

Verification and Anti Money Laundering

Goawin is authorised to perform identity and anti money laundering checks on registration, deposits, and withdrawals. The User agrees to provide documentation (for example, government-issued ID and proof of address) as reasonably requested and to cooperate with any checks undertaken by Goawin or mandated by regulators. Until verification is complete, Goawin may restrict deposits, betting or withdrawals as appropriate.

Regulatory checks may be performed periodically during the term of the User’s relationship with Goawin, and additional information may be requested to complete ongoing compliance checks.

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The Platform shall be operated in a fair and transparent manner. Prohibited conduct includes collusion with other Players, use of bots or automated tools, attempts to manipulate games or promotions, and any activity that may constitute fraud or illegal wagering. Goawin reserves the right to suspend, condition, or terminate a User’s account and to withhold or reclaim funds where fraud, corruption, or other prohibited conduct is suspected. Goawin may report suspected wrongdoing to relevant authorities or regulators as required by law.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Users may fund their Goawin account using payment methods displayed in the Cashier area. Goawin may add, remove or substitute payment options from time to time. The minimum deposit amount and processing times will be shown in the Cashier.

Withdrawals are paid only to the name of the registered User and to the same payment method used for the deposit, up to the deposited amount. Goawin reserves the right to impose limits and to suspend payments pending verification. Withdrawals are typically processed within 72 hours; bank transfers and card payments may take up to three business days, while some e-wallets may provide near‑instant transfers once processed. Verified customers may benefit from faster processing.

All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is requested. If a deposit is withdrawn prior to wagering, a processing fee of up to 30 percent of the deposit value may apply, subject to applicable law and the specific terms of the deposit.

Goawin may charge administrative fees for refunds or adjustments in limited circumstances and will disclose such fees before processing. Refunds, when offered, are processed to the original payment method and may take several days to complete.

Bets, Settlement, and Cancellations

Bets are accepted on events displayed in the Platform’s current odds line. Odds and handicaps may be adjusted at any time before settlement. Earlier bets remain subject to the terms in force at the time of acceptance. Goawin reserves the right to void or partially settle bets in cases of obvious mispricing, errors, or after an event has commenced. In all cases, settlement decisions are final and binding on the User.

Promotions and Bonus Terms

Promotions, bonuses and special offers are governed by separate terms and conditions specific to each promotion. Bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements, expiry, and restrictions on eligible games or markets. Goawin reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw promotions at any time and to reclaim bonuses or associated winnings if the promotional terms are not met or if irregular activity is detected.

Intellectual Property

Goawin and its logos, brand names and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms. User Generated Content, if any, remains the User’s responsibility and, by posting such content, the User grants Goawin a worldwide license to use, reproduce and publicly display the content as necessary to operate the Platform. Goawin reserves the right to remove content that infringes rights or breaches these Terms.

Data Protection and Privacy

Goawin processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The User has rights regarding their personal data, including access, correction and deletion where applicable by law. Goawin will retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with regulatory obligations.

Changes to Terms and Language

Goawin may amend these Terms from time to time. Where required by law or regulation, Goawin will provide advance notice and obtain user acceptance for material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes are deemed acceptance of the updated terms. If a User does not accept changes, they may cease using the Services and close their account.

Dormant and Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no activity for thirty (30) months may be deemed dormant. In such cases, Goawin may deduct a small monthly maintenance fee from the balance, up to a limit that prevents a negative balance. Users will be notified prior to any dormant charges and may reclaim funds by contacting Goawin support. Inactivity-driven charges comply with applicable licensing and compliance requirements.

Termination, Suspension and Account Closure

Goawin may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or as required by regulatory or legal obligations. A User may request account closure through the official support channels, subject to verification. Upon closure, Goawin will process any remaining legitimate balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Goawin is licensed and regulated, and disputes related to the Platform shall be resolved by the competent courts or through agreed alternative dispute resolution in that jurisdiction.

Precedence of English Version

In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English text shall prevail.
