Balances, Eligibility and Availability

  • Each player maintains two balances: a real (cash) balance and a bonus balance. Bonus funds are held exclusively in the bonus balance.
  • A single player may hold multiple bonuses, but only one bonus may be active at any given time. Players may switch the active bonus among eligible promotions as permitted by the terms of each offer.
  • Bonus offers are displayed in the player profile only if they are eligible and intended for the player. Bonuses may be restricted by country or regulatory territory.
  • Bonuses and any winnings derived from them may be forfeited if the offer is not intended for the player or if eligibility requirements are not met.

Claiming, Activation and Use of Bonuses

Bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance and may require activation by the player. When a bonus is active, wagers are funded from the real balance first; once the real balance is exhausted, wagering occurs with the bonus balance. Winnings from wagering on bonus funds are allocated to the bonus balance until wagering conditions are satisfied.
