Overview of the Goawin Affiliate Program
The Goawin Affiliate Program is a managed partnership that rewards partners for generating qualified traffic and active players across our product suite. The program covers sportsbook, casino, live casino, slots, and related gaming verticals. Participation is by invitation or approved application, and all activities must comply with applicable laws, licensing rules, and Goawin’s internal policies.
Who should join
Ideal partners include owners or operators of themed sites, blogs, forums, or social channels with a primary focus on online gambling or related content. To participate, you must hold a website or digital property that features gambling content and can reasonably demonstrate ongoing traffic. Self-referrals, cloaking, or traffic that violates our terms will disqualify an account.
Registration and onboarding
Joining is free. The registration process collects essential information to establish your affiliate account, including legal name, business name (if applicable), contact details, tax information, payment preferences, and details about your digital property. Upon submission, Goawin will review the application and contact you within three business days regarding approval and next steps. An assigned affiliate manager will initiate integration and provide access to the Goawin reporting portal.
Commission structure
Goawin pays commissions based on the wagering activity of referred players. The core elements are:
- Revenue sharing on referred players’ net revenue within the payment period.
- Lifetime revenue accrual for referred players across eligible products.
- Cross-product earnings across sportsbook, casino, live casino, and other Goawin offerings.
- Tiered rates that reflect performance metrics such as active player count and monthly net profit.
Example calculation (illustrative): Commission = (Company Revenue from referred players − Promotions − Platform Fees) × Commission Rate. Promotions and platform fees are deducted from gross revenue before applying the commission rate. Monetary bonuses or rebates may be offered as part of promotional campaigns and are considered deductions for calculation purposes as applicable.
Tiered and performance-driven rates
Commission rates scale with performance per payment period. Typical thresholds may include:
- Low activity: corresponding commission rate (e.g., 20%).
- Moderate activity: higher commission rate (e.g., 30%).
- High activity: the highest commission rate available under the program (e.g., 40%).
The exact tier thresholds, qualifying criteria, and applicable products are published in the current Affiliate Terms and Conditions and may be updated by Goawin with notice.
Payments, timing, and thresholds
Goawin processes monthly payouts. Payments are issued within the first five days of each month, provided all criteria are met. The minimum withdrawal amount is defined in the Affiliate Terms and Conditions and may vary by currency. Negative balances, if any, may carry forward to subsequent periods until resolved as defined in the terms.
Tracking, reporting, and metrics
You will access a real-time affiliate dashboard that provides reporting for the following metrics:
- Clicks and sign-ups attributed to your tracking IDs
- Active referred players and their geographic distribution
- Net revenue, gross revenue, and deductions (promotions, service fees)
- Commission earned per period and cumulative lifetime revenue
Definitions for key terms are provided in the dashboard glossary and the Affiliate Terms and Conditions. Goawin reserves the right to adjust reporting definitions to reflect changes in product scope or regulatory requirements.
Promotions, bonuses, and deductions
Promotions and bonuses offered to players may affect revenue calculations. Deductions for reporting purposes may include promotional bonuses, service fees, or other platform charges as defined in the current terms. Any promotional or reward activities will be disclosed and explained in the reporting portal and accompanying documentation.
Compliance and acceptable marketing practices
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and Goawin policies. This includes age and identity verification standards, anti-money-laundering controls, data protection obligations, and responsible gambling guidelines. Prohibited practices include, but are not limited to, misleading claims, incentivized traffic that violates terms, and engagement in fraudulent traffic schemes. Goawin reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account for violations and to withhold or claw back commissions as permitted by the Affiliate Terms and Conditions.
Affiliate terms and conditions
The Affiliate Terms and Conditions govern all aspects of participation, including eligibility, commission calculations, payment mechanics, marketing guidelines, and termination rights. Goawin may modify the terms with prior notice, and continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
